Annual General Meeting

AGM 25 October 2021 - 6pm

The scheduled date for the AGM is Monday October 25th at 6pm at the Clubhouse.

We are mindful of the current circumstances and are nervously optimistic that a gathering will be allowed on this date. We will of course conform with any COVID safety requirements in effect at that time and may have to change the date or the format of the AGM.

All nominations for the executive positions of

  • President,
  • Vice-President,
  • Secretary and
  • Treasurer

as well as the management positions of

  • Registrar,
  • Public Officer,
  • Canteen Coordinator,
  • Child Protection Officer,
  • Covid Officer and
  • Equipment Officer

will need to be completed using the below nomination form and sent to secretary@mudgeewolvesfc.com.au at least two weeks prior to the AGM (11th October). Any positions that do not receive nominations will be noted at the AGM and passed over to the 1st general meeting after the AGM.

Note: As well as a nominee's signature, two members need to nominate with signatures before a nomination is accepted. Obviously, this presents a problem with the current lockdown and COVID restrictions, so an email to the secretary supporting the nomination will be acceptable.

After the 11th October closing date for nominations, the executive members of the committee will meet to collate the nominations and prepare the meeting as per our constitution.

An independent person with AGM experience will be asked to convene the voting process within the meeting.

Correspondence will be sent after the 11th October to provide further details about the AGM, including voting procedures and COVID requirements.
