Annual General Meeting - 2024

AGM - Wednesday 27th November 2024 - 6.30pm

Please be advised the MGWFC AGM is scheduled for Monday 27th November 2024, 6.30pm at the Club Mudgee. 

After another strong season in 2024, the MGWFC is inviting members that are keen to support the ongoing operation of our club to take an active role on the committee.

As part of the standard AGM process all committee positions will be declared vacant, and all nominations considered. If you are interested in joining the committee, download a nomination form below.

Nomination forms should be completed and emailed to secretary@mgwfc.com.au. All nominations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to the AGM (Nomination deadline - Wednesday 13th November 2024).

Please note that all nominations must be supported by two current and financial club members.

  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Registrar
  • Public Officer
  • Member Protection Officer
  • Merchandise Coordinator
  • Grounds Coordinator
  • Equipment Officer
  • Canteen Coordinator
  • Grants and Sponsorship Coordinator
  • Communications/Publicity Coordinator

Voting proxy forms are also available below. Voting proxy forms must be completed and emailed to secretary@mgwfc.com.au at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM (Proxy deadline - Wednesday 20th November 2024).
