AGM - Monday 27th November 2023 - 6.30pm
Please be advised the MGWFC AGM is scheduled for Monday 27th November 2023, 6.30pm at the Club Mudgee.
After such a strong year in season 2023, the MGWFC is inviting members that are keen to support the ongoing operation of our club to take an active role on the committee.
As part of the standard AGM process all committee positions will be declared vacant, and all nominations considered. If you are interested in joining the committee, download a nomination form below.
Nomination forms should be completed and emailed to secretary@mgwfc.com.au. All nominations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to the AGM (Nomination deadline - Monday 13th November 2023).
Please note that all nominations must be supported by two current and financial club members.

- Merchandise Coordinator
- Council Liaison
- Grounds Coordinator

- Canteen Coordinator

Voting proxy forms are also available below. Voting proxy forms must be completed and emailed to secretary@mgwfc.com.au at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM (Proxy deadline - Monday 20th November 2023).
